Our fleet is exclusively Mercedes-Benz: E-Class for individual transfers, V-Class for families and small groups, S-Class for VIP and diplomatic missions, and Sprinter for groups up to 19 passengers. All vehicles are under three years old, equipped with winter tyres from November to April, and carry snow chains for alpine routes. Our chauffeurs hold the Swiss B121 professional licence, speak English, French and at least one additional language, and are trained to the protocol standards of 5-star hotels and embassies.

How are prices calculated?
Airport transfers and intercity routes are charged at fixed prices published on each destination page — no meter, no surge, no surprise. Hourly chauffeur service is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and includes a generous distance allowance. Quotes are all-inclusive: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, Swiss vignette, French and Italian tolls, parking, insurance and 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport.
Can I book a same-day transfer?
Yes. Same-day bookings are confirmed within 60 minutes when fleet capacity allows. For peak ski Saturdays (December to April) and major Geneva events (WEF, Watches & Wonders, Art Basel weeks), we recommend booking 48 to 72 hours ahead to guarantee a Mercedes of your chosen category.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time. Delays are absorbed at no extra cost — the 60 minutes of free waiting starts at the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. If the flight is cancelled, you can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the new arrival. Diverted flights to a different airport are quoted separately.
Do you serve airports other than Geneva?
Yes. We operate daily from Geneva (GVA), Zurich (ZRH), Basel (BSL), Lyon Saint-Exupery (LYS), Milan Malpensa and Linate (MXP, LIN) and Lugano (LUG). For private aviation, we coordinate with the FBOs at GVA (TAG Aviation, Signature, Jet Aviation), ZRH and the alpine altiports of Courchevel, Megeve, Sion and Saanen-Gstaad.
Can I open a corporate account?
Yes. Corporate accounts are available for companies, family offices, embassies, hotels, DMCs and event agencies. They include monthly consolidated invoicing, a dedicated account manager, priority dispatch on peak days, NDA-bound chauffeurs and reduced rates on repeat routes. Contact our corporate desk to discuss terms — onboarding typically completes within 5 business days.
Are child seats and ski racks available?
Ski racks are standard on V-Class and Sprinter vehicles at no charge — sufficient for up to 8 ski bags depending on the model. Child seats and booster seats for ages 0 to 12 are CHF 15 per seat; please specify the child's age and weight in the booking form so the correct seat is fitted before pickup. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request with 24 hours notice.
Do your chauffeurs cross the French and Italian borders?
Yes. Our chauffeurs hold the Swiss B121 plus the equivalent French and Italian licences required for cross-border commercial passenger transport. Vehicles carry EU + Swiss insurance valid in CH, FR, IT, DE and AT. Standard cross-border destinations include Chamonix, Megeve, Courchevel, Val d'Isere, Tignes, Meribel, Italian Courmayeur, Milan, Lyon and Annecy.
How do I cancel or modify a booking?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup for standard transfers, and up to 72 hours for peak-season ski transfers and event packages. Modifications (date, time, destination, vehicle) are accepted free of charge subject to availability.
