What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time from wheels-up at origin. If the landing time shifts, your chauffeur's ETA shifts with it automatically — there is nothing to call, email or reschedule. Waiting time remains free for the first 60 minutes after landing; beyond that we bill a flat CHF 35 per additional 30 minutes.
How much luggage can I bring?
E-Class fits two large suitcases plus two cabin bags. V-Class swallows six large suitcases plus ski equipment. Sprinter has a full dedicated hold. If you are arriving with oversized items (golf bags, cello cases, pushchairs), tell us at booking and we will assign the right vehicle — there is no extra charge for volume.
Where exactly does meet & greet happen at Geneva Airport?
Standard pick-up is in the public arrivals hall (Terminal 1), just outside the customs exit, chauffeur holding a discreet name sign. For private aviation arrivals, your chauffeur waits at the FBO landside reception while your handler brings you to the vehicle. On-apron assistance can be requested in advance from the handler, subject to their clearance and the FBO's policy.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Between 24 and 2 hours before: 50% of the fare. Less than 2 hours or no-show: 100%. During peak-week periods (WEF, Watches & Wonders), the free-cancellation window is extended to 72 hours.
Can I book a return transfer in the same reservation?
Yes, and we recommend it — round-trip bookings automatically secure the same chauffeur for departure, which means luggage handling and route preferences are already learned. Return legs receive a 5 % discount on the outbound flat rate.
