What vehicles are in the Swiss Limousine Service fleet?

Our Geneva fleet comprises four Mercedes-Benz classes: the E-Class sedan for individual or business pairs (up to 3 passengers, 3 large suitcases), the S-Class flagship for executive transfers and S-tier UHNW clients (up to 3 passengers, premium specification), the V-Class luxury minivan with optional conference seating (up to 7 passengers, 7 suitcases), and the Sprinter for delegations and group transfers (up to 17 passengers, executive or minibus configuration). All vehicles are late-model, fully insured, and registered in Geneva canton.

How old are your Mercedes vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Our policy is to retire vehicles at four years or 200,000 km, whichever comes first. The average age of the active SLS fleet is under two years. Each vehicle undergoes scheduled Mercedes service plus an additional in-house pre-departure inspection (tyres, fluids, interior cleanliness, water and amenities) before every booking.

Are your vehicles winter-equipped for the Alps?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From 1 November to 30 April every vehicle is fitted with premium winter tyres meeting Swiss and EU certification, carries snow chains, and is equipped with windscreen winter washer fluid rated to −30°C. Our chauffeurs are specifically trained on Alpine mountain roads (Verbier, Zermatt-Täsch, Crans-Montana, Gstaad, Courchevel) and in convoy driving in adverse weather.

How many suitcases fit in each vehicle?

Accepted Answer

E-Class: 3 large suitcases or 4 medium plus carry-ons. S-Class: 2 large plus 2 carry-ons (boot is shorter than E-Class). V-Class: 7 large suitcases with passengers — the most common ski-family vehicle. Sprinter: 17+ suitcases plus passengers, depending on configuration. We always confirm luggage volume at booking — please tell us the exact number of bags and whether you carry skis or oversized items.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi and phone chargers?

Accepted Answer

Every vehicle is equipped with complimentary 4G Wi-Fi (Swisscom network), USB-C and USB-A charging ports for every passenger seat, bottled still and sparkling water, and tissues. The S-Class and V-Class additionally offer reading lights, individual climate zones, and rear-seat privacy glass. Champagne or dietary requests can be pre-arranged at booking.

Can I book a specific vehicle (V-Class with conference seating, S-Class long wheelbase)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Specify the configuration at booking and we confirm the exact vehicle in the booking confirmation. For the V-Class, we offer two interior layouts — standard 6-seat plus driver, and 4-seat conference layout (face-to-face) — both available at the same rate. The S-Class is available in standard and long-wheelbase versions.

Question 7

Are child seats and ski racks available?

Accepted Answer

Both included at no extra charge. We carry rear-facing infant seats (0–13 kg), forward-facing toddler seats (9–18 kg), and high-back boosters (15–36 kg). Ski racks fit our entire fleet — please specify at booking the number of pairs and whether downhill skis, snowboards, or alpine touring skis, so we install the correct rack.
