Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations and modifications are accepted by email at no charge up to 24 hours before pickup for local transfers, 48 hours for long-distance transfers and 72 hours for Sprinter VIP and events. Beyond that, fees apply. Penalties are waived in case of force majeure (airline-cancelled flight, airport closure, extreme weather).
