Passenger details, vehicle category, pickup time, drop-off address, special requests. Our ops manager confirms vehicle availability + chauffeur + net rate within 15 minutes during business hours.
2. We confirm and dispatch
Written confirmation with chauffeur name, licence plate, contact mobile, vehicle photo. Real-time flight tracking automatically activated for airport arrivals.
3. Service is delivered under your brand
Your client experiences SLS quality — but sees only your service. Optional white-label branding (sign with your client’s name, your logo, your driver greeting script) provided at no extra charge.
4. We invoice you monthly
Consolidated PDF invoice in your preferred currency. Detailed line items per ride. Net 30 payment terms.

What is the typical net rate vs retail?
Net rates are disclosed only after onboarding and reflect confirmed monthly volume. We follow Tier-1 ground network standards — transparent, stable, no surge pricing.
Can we integrate via API?
Yes, manual via email/WhatsApp is the default but API integration (Wetu, Dispatch, custom) is available for partners exceeding 50 monthly bookings. Discussed at onboarding.
Do you provide insurance certificates and chauffeur licences in writing?
Yes. Insurance certificate (CHF 100M public liability) and cantonal transport licence (D1 / 121) are provided as PDFs at onboarding and on demand thereafter.
Can you bill in our currency?
Yes. CHF, EUR, USD, GBP available. Bank details and SWIFT/SEPA instructions provided at onboarding.
What if our client requests changes mid-ride?
Our chauffeur and ops handle in real time. Additional waiting time, stops or distance is billed at the agreed net hourly rate. You receive a same-day update so you can confirm with your client if needed.
Do you handle private aviation pickups at GVA Executive Terminal?
Yes. Tarmac access coordinated through your handler (Universal, Jet Aviation, ExecuJet). Chauffeur meets the principal at the aircraft door with PSA-approved equipment.
What about cross-border transfers to France, Italy, Austria?
Standard. We hold AETR licences and operate cross-border on a daily basis. Vehicle vignettes for Switzerland, France, Austria, Slovenia are pre-loaded. No additional admin on your side.
