The chauffeur waits inside the public arrivals hall of Terminal 1, just outside the customs exit, holding a discreet name sign. We monitor your flight in real time, so the chauffeur is in position 30 minutes before scheduled landing. For S-Class bookings, jet-bridge meet-and-greet (gate-side) can be arranged in advance through GVA's VIP service.
Real-time flight tracking is included. The chauffeur sees the delay live and adjusts arrival automatically — no call needed. The first 60 minutes of waiting after scheduled landing are free. Beyond that, additional waiting is billed at the hourly rate of your vehicle category in 15-minute increments. The original quote is fixed and never increases for delays.
